Niagara Transit Commission - St Catharines Office

The bus schedules randomly changed for no reason and made me late on multiple instances. Also multiple times I was 10-15 ft away from the bus, in which the bus driver would look at me and speed away. Just use the taxi services.🙏

Oct 14th Waiting at his stop at 1243pm bus 337 Drove right past without stopping bus stop #0734. Had to turn walk to different bus stop and catch the #17 bus downtown. Then that stupid bus was late causing us to miss our bus connections. You tell the transit office about the issues, nothing gets done Ridiculously bad service

Love having my spouse not once but twice assaulted by transit drivers. Love to have a driver slam their door into her when trying to get on the bus and blame her for getting into the way. Driver harassed and blamed her for just trying to get on the bus out of the rain...

Kind and patient operators willing to help when needed. Busses come regularly and are clean. The downtown terminal is easy to navigate. 3$ local fare is very reasonable. Overall I am proud to have this service provided in my community.

Buses are constantly running late, or at times excessively early, which hinders those commuting to jobs. The one redeeming factor is that most of the bus drivers are genuinely nice people in general, which makes the commutes less aggravating.
