I just call Niagara transit commission office to make complaint regarding the bus 106which just drove away at 5.00pm portage rd, when I was waiting at bus stop, lady answered the call, her way of talking was so rude, she didn’t listen me properly. I think she needs customer service training. Please be kind and polite.

One of your drivers needs a serious refresher on manners. We were at the WeGo bus stop when she stopped and picked us up, we tried scanning our tickets and she slammed on the brakes and opened the door so hard she hit us with it and barked that this isn't a WeGo bus and that we needed to be picked up from a WeGo bus stop as if she's not the one who stopped to pick us up from there

Getting tired of the disrespect and the attitude from certain drivers, ask to get the driver to radio ahead so i can catch my connection and she said she cant do that, also tried to kick me off the buss bc i asked a question why the 404 doesnt turn into the 420 when it gets to the pen centre! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THEIR ATTITUDE!

Worst bus service. Bus 110 was already 5 min late and they didn't take turn to culp street they missed the turn and came from another street and asking to run is that the way you treat your passengers. How can a pregnant lady run and then they were giving training to a new driver. Never had this bad experience.

Website not clear which app to get, Niagara Regional selection gets you an On-Demand app. in the end I just use Google to get info on the buses in Niagara Falls. You call the customer service and you are on hold with the usual corporate messages, after patiently waiting several minutes I am disconnected. That is public service??!! It is easier to plan a trip to Europe than trying to find a bus from The Niagara Falls GObus/train station to the Canadian Drive Hub for a bus to another town in Niagara Region. The Fort Erie On-Demand system is a joke. Using the app, expect a minimum wait of 30 min, and depending on how chaotic the system is at that time you may be taken on a scenic tour because the driver is trying to pick up people who have been waiting even longer, or the app tells you that your ride is gone! Now you have to start all over again. The App gives several choices for pick up and drop off, but you cannot just enter a stop number, because that doesn't work. Three more choices but they all direct you to the map with pins that you have to enlarge so that you can select the pin of your choice.The staff is friendly and apologizes profusely, they are frustrated too with the On-Demand system. Their excuse "we are so busy". The system can't handle it. Who designed this system???
