I just picked up a used toy hauler the sales man Andrew promised me a few new parts for the trailer i was like yeah right today I picked it the trailer sure enough they install 2 brand new tires plus the spare brand new battery fill the propane tank a new awning and a few more parts a big thanks to Andrew and Shannon and the technician that works at the back all the staff ware very nice i highly recommend this place im so happy with my camper if I could I will give them 10 🌟

I was Pleasantly surprised dealing with these folks. We bought a slightly used trailer from them in 2022 and traded in our previous trailer. They offered a reasonable trade-in value for our old trailer. it was good enough that we didn't even consider selling it privately. The day we arrived to pick it up, even though it was a used trailer, it looked brand new and they even did some touch-ups which we didn't expect. So the whole purchase experience was above and beyond what we expected. We live in the Durham region, which is 2 to 3 hours away depending on traffic through Toronto. I didn't think I would be going back to them after the purchase but, they have been professional and reasonably priced every time that, it is worth the drive to Niagara. Since the purchase, i have dealt with every department including parts, storage, and service. Every area has been professional and, to my surprised reasonably priced! I need to stress the price because I've dealt with other trailer dealerships and they seem to charge far more for the same services and parts. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trailer, needing parts or service for a trailer or even storage.

My wife and I recently purchased a new travel trailer from Andrew at Niagara Trailers. We knew exactly what we wanted, as we had been looking off and on for past 2 years. Andrew was able to save us $1000 off the asking price and give us a 4 year warranty. Up from the standard 2 year warranty. Andrew’s no pressure sales technique was much appreciated. When we went to pick up the trailer it had been detailed and looked great. They did a thorough walk through with us. They set up our stabilizer hitch system and anti sway bar. They also showed me the winterizing process. One less thing for me to do this year! Everyone was great to work with and very friendly. The whole process was very good. Overall, it was a great experience! We highly recommend Niagara Trailers!

We went to pick up a used trailer. There were a few items that weren't our liking, but the owner took care of replacing the items in question and even upgraded the mattress with a high quality one. They did a thorough walk through with us, and even set up the hitch and stabilizers. I would shop here any time. Great people to deal with.

Amy and Julio were absolutely fantastic today. They helped us from start to finish and did everything without hesitation. Offered to readjust the trailer so it fit perfectly on our lot. Both were very professional and took the time to explain every last plug and feature of the trailer. Will recommend them to everyone in the park here, fantastic service.
