Niagara Tents and Events

Recently used Niagara Tents for our wedding in September 2025. Overall they were very helpful and had almost all of the rentals that we needed for our venue! Tables, Chairs, Napkins, Table Cloths, Tent and even lights! Their set up team is very efficient and even when there was a slight error in our order and we were missing some table cloths, the representative that I was in communication with drove to pick up the cloths we needed and was at our venue within an hour! Their help was appreciated and our venue ended up looking absolutely beautiful!

Rented a stage for an outdoor concert. Great communication, and customer service. Smooth experience from booking to completion. Crew that set up and tore down were friendly and professional. 10/10 would recommend.

Simon and team were amazing! Simon was responsive and organized throughout the entire process. They were a very friendly group of guys who worked so well together. His team showed up bright and early for set up and their tables, chairs and tent exceeded what I envision. We got so many compliments on the uniqueness of the vibe and set up and they were able to make my vision come to life. They were there first thing the next day for take down which was very much appreciated. I would recommend using them for your event!

So very happy with our experience. We had our backyard wedding in Niagara on the Lake June 2022 and they were professional from the time of quotation until the time they picked up the tents,linens, tables and chairs after our wedding. There was a minor placement issue with the tent on delivery and the men worked diligently to ensure the set up ended up better than the original plan. Cannot recommend Simon and his team enough. Very professional service from start to finish for our wedding. Mike was extremely helpful with everything from rental suggestions to potential layouts, and the construction and take-down of our tents/reception areas went off without a hitch. Highly recommended.
