Niagara Taekwondo St. Catharines

Niagara Taekwondo is the perfect place for my daughter to learn self defense, fitness and physical discipline for her age. Overall they teach her more techniques using several activities. Parents of other kids who come here are respectful , and generally the kids are treated equally. I highly recommend Niagara Taekwondo to parents living around St. Catharines. You will not regret it.

My 5 year old daughter has been participating since September twice per week and she loves it! Mr. Nico and Ms. Lily are wonderful! (As well as the rest of the team there!) They are really engaging, kind, funny and push the kids just enough to improve every class! It's hard to find coaches like them in any sport these days! I couldn't recommend this place enough.

Such a fantastic experience! My son struggled at first but they were so welcoming. All instructors are amazing. But Mr Niko is a whole other level! He is amazing with the kids, soo funny, keeps them engaged and on their toes! Definitely recommend Niagara Taekwondo.
