Niagara Symphony Orchestra

Great orchestra with great programming! If you live near by, you must support your orchestra while enjoying a great evening of music!

this orchestra is loaded with VERY talented musicians....and the Niagara Choir sounded GREAT.....however, the Queen Symphony was less than stellar!!...the choir was VERY under-used!!!...and the orchestral versions of Queen songs was VERY hard to discern...at times I found myself asking "What is THAT Queen song?"...a disappointing evening at the PAC

This review is for the summer music camp by NSO. I registered my son to this camp and unfortunately he decided that he didn’t want to attend anymore 1 month before starting date. I sent an email right away to see if I could get a partial refund. Karlie, the person in charge of the program told me I could get 300$ back. After the initial email, I’ve sent quite a few emails to follow up and I have still not received my refund. Honestly, even if the card I purchased the camp with got cancelled, it’s not an excuse to not refund someone, it’s been over 2 months and a half. Just send a check to their address, prepare one to be picked up or even refund them on another card. I gave these options by email and I always get as a response that they are trying to see if they can refund me on another card. Very disappointed with this place, do not register your child here.

The concert on Saturday April 13 was over the top amazing. The music, the programme, the pace and audience involvement were both professional and warm. What a treat for ‘my generation’. Thanks NSO🎶

Highly over priced, Tickets have scamy (like refund insurance that is nearly impossible to use) hidden fees making it more expensive than going to Toronto. Emails give you incorrect information resulting in showing up to lock doors and programs that aren't really worth the price of admission in the first place. I really miss going to the symphony but the Orchestra and PAC in particular are a huge let down.
