Niagara Soft Cloth Car Wash & Detailing Centre

Just had our black Acura in for the Outside wash/interior service. It was about 25 min which I was aware. The two individuals that I saw working on it were so focused on their profession. One man was blonde man and the other was a dark haired tall man. I hope the gratuity reached them. They did an excellent service. We’re so pleased. Thank you.

Got the super package ($50) I think it’s called, the exterior wash was nice and easy on my paint job, but the interior detailing was embarrassing. Sat out there for 25-30 mins and these were the results: They cleaned my carpet a bit, but the seats, center console, dashboard, and doors were still dirty, keep in mind my seats and basically the entire front have no stains and the only thing you need to clean them is a vacuum, and some shampoo, etc…but when I got my car back there was still dust and crumbs in the front seats and dash, along with salt residue on the doors and footwell. The back seats are never used so they didn’t even need to be cleaned, but I genuinely couldn’t tell you whether or not they cleaned em. Overall, if you want a regular car wash it’s barely decent, but get your detailing done elsewhere and just swallow the premium they charge you. Edit: Their prices are also all over the place, I’ve had a few loved ones go here and they all give different price for the same job, extremely fishy and it reeks of unprofessionalism. Avoid at all costs.

Just paid $45 for outside wash and interior..they were working on it for atleast 25 min which I thought it was going to come out great..until you look a trhe areas they say there were going to clean. Now im going home to clean out my cup holders and other areas that were not addressed or wiped correctly

Will never go back and would never recommend. All the windows were very streaky, everything inside was still greasy the next morning. The outside is almost just as filthy as when i brought it to them. There are water stains on some of the interior that had not previously been there and my car interior still smells like a dirty rag. The windows were cleaner before I took it to them. I'm very disappointed.

I brought my car in yesterday for detailing. It was $180 (tax included) for a crossover vehicle. It was definitely cleaned but I don’t consider that detailing. Windows were streaky. Exterior was spotty. Nice job on tires and shampooing. Surface cleaning was blotchy and they missed the console compartment entirely. I had left two messages inquiring about whether the car was ready and nobody returned my call. Very disorganized and cluttered business. I won’t be going back!
