My son was there today I needed this torqoise blue thread and guess u r a life saver....that was the only spool in that color in the store...Thank you soooo much Tina.

Tina and Mike are great people to deal with. Bought a reconditioned serger today. No judgment. Just good help and thorough explanation re it's operation. All customers treated with respect. Highly recommended.

Initially thought the repair was awesome; it took 3 months for me to discover it would not zigzag. Repair included replacing several broken gears, but not the one most difficult to replace and was moderately expensive. ETA for them to even look at it again was 3 months. Nope. They did cleverly repair a mildly annoying problem I did not mention and have interesting sewing accessories, but not worth going just for that. I am paying someone else to fix the last broken gear, same ETA.

Near the end of summer, I popped into Niagara Sewing Machine Services to investigate my options for purchasing a sewing machine and I’m so grateful I did. Not only did I manage to snag myself a great machine (on sale too!), but I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. Mike and Tina are the loveliest people I’ve ever met. They were both incredibly helpful when it came to assisting me with selecting a machine that would meet my needs, and since that time, they have both continued to be amazingly supportive. I tend to find myself back at the store regularly to pick up various items that I need and every time, I am so impressed with how kind and generous Mike and Tina are. They are both extremely friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, and gracious when it comes to helping their customers. And you can tell they genuinely care about what they do. Mike and Tina are the kindest and most generous souls I’ve encountered in quite some time. I am so fortunate to have stumbled upon such phenomenal people.
