the company came did a quote poured concrete driveway quote no issues with spalling or scaling. We wanted to prevent these issues they came sealed the driveway 2 weeks later the driveway started to peal contacted the company there response was this has never happened before and they would repair it. over the next year the driveway continued to peal numerous promises later and a year later the company stated that the driveway pealing was scaling /spalling or natural and they would not repair. The company states they are a proud member of the better business beau but do not respond to a complaint with the company.

Call Niagara Sealing Pros, spoke to Rob about what I needed done and made appointment to come to my place for estimate and the same as two other companies I called for same, no shows and never hear from again. Does anyone in Niagara wanna work anymore ?? Guys if you can complete the work yourself I think we are better off.

I hired Niagara Sealing Pro's to do an epoxy floor in my garage, as well as a coating on my front porch. They did a great job on the garage, however they ruined the front porch as some debris/leaves blew onto it during the drying/curing process which left many black marks. Rob admitted fault and agreed to come back to correct the mistake in the spring of 2023 (job done summer of 2022), but has yet to return or respond to my messages as of August 2023. The porch looks permanently dirty at this point and my only option is to pay for it to be re-done by another contractor.

My driveway and patio were in rough shape. Rob was able to transform both areas to look like new. He is very professional and has impeccable workmanship! Highly recommend this company

Rob is busy so you might have to wait for a while, but in the end the work is great.
