Feb 18 2026 . After much thought I need to post this review.Our visit to Niagara Sausage meat has always been a great experience. We have been going there for many years . I understand there are new owners. The young girl who served us was great . The blonde hair woman who was serving another costumer looked at my husband and said ..I saw you take that and put it your back pocket . She accused him of taking one of her Tallow products.He was not near her products..he was putting his wallet in his back pocket. She said Sorry, but to accuse someone is not acceptable. The young girl was apologetic for the blonde’s behaviour. Perhaps the older blonde needs to take a course on costumer service . I didn’t appreciate her accusations . There meats are great .I wish to thank the young girl for apologizing twice to us for the other woman’s behaviour.

i really wish i could give a better review but i will not be back out of respect i will not be to harsh as i was offered options but i was assured and promised a certain product with plenty of time for notice alas i still did not get what i was assured after talking to several ppl including a butcher i was assured product then on my way to pick up given a runaround and bs excuse and ended up purchasing an entirely different piece of product instead of being a little more than reasonable i was given a slew of excuses i also bought more product even though i was let down hopefully they will figure it out in the future will update on details of quality of product later :update. the product was great no doubt but again the service not my favourite product 10/10

This is one of the best places to get fresh, tender lamb. My family and friends get together twice a year to eat lamb to roast over an open fire on a spit as it's done in Greece. We were all very pleased and satisfied with the lamb and the way it was cut, European style. Very reasonable price too! I will definitely return to buy more when we get together again.
