Well l had a surprising leak downstairs just before l was planning to go away, David came to the rescue, he explained the issue and took care of the problem, now l have peace of mind and l am happy to go on my vacation. Thank you so much David for rushing over and help a widow like myself. God bless Niagara Roofmasters for everything. They are amazing l have full confidence in them doing the work efficiently and good bye leak. Hallelujah!!!!!

Terrible to deal with. Months late starting job. Left garbage in my yard for weeks and weeks. Several months later they have not finished and are demanding full payment. This was booked in June, supposed to be completed by September and December 19 they still have not completed.

Reply: The debris has already been cleaned up, but your offer is appreciated. Just wanted to make people aware to avoid this in the future. This is about the company's negligence towards others' safety, respect for others' property, and work clean up. A neighbour hired this company to do their roof. As these pictures show, on my property, we found; - random loose nails, - roofing tile pieces, - a roofing tile with 2 nails sticking up, - a row of 10 brad nails that we almost wouldn't have found, or could've stepped on if they didn't shine in the light - a piece of clear plastic wrap - it appears that a worker stuffed Timberline packaging under my fence where there's a small opening A large part of this disregard for others' safety and property was when a worker from this company was up on the neighbour's roof, blowing the garbage/debris away with a leaf blower, which fell onto my property.

After several quotes on repairs and reshingling my roof, I stopped looking when Roofmasters came. Not only professional yet friendly, Derek went up in both attic spaces and showed me pictures of a concerning issue, while other companies just walked around the roof. He was thorough, informative and patiently explained things without being pushy. Ryan came in throughout to check on progress and completion, putting me at ease. Pricing was explained and more than fair as many sheets of plywood needed replacing. Communication is key with this company. When they say they will be there, they are. Weather permitting, they show up, from daily work, bin removal, flashing completion, to final check up when complete. I can't say enough about Kevin and his crew. Kevin was amazing, going above and beyond. His knowledge, skill and great work ethic saw the big job done beautifully and I am thrilled. The crew efficiently cleaned up as they worked, as well as the end of each day I can now relax and not worry the next time a wind storm blows through ! Thank you to the Team at Roofmaster! I highly recommend you to everyone!

Very impressed with our experience with Niagara Roof Masters, from our consultation to then working with the team lead Ryan and his team, everyone was so professional. Our roof was completed in one day as they advised. The team completing the job were very friendly and mindful of my children coming in and out the house and my dogs in the backyard. Clean up was thorough. We received quote from a few companies in the area and were very pleased with the warranty and financing options that no other company could offer. Ryan specifically went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Communication was very clear on all aspects. I can not recommend Niagara Roof Masters enough, very pleased with the service provided.
