I recently visited Niagara Falls with my wife, and while their I bought several tee shirts for my grand children at the store at the falls. The shirts came from Niagara Falls store and were the Grand Pa Bear, Brother Bear, Sister bear, Little Bear, but they did not have Papa Bear in light grey large. I contacted the store at the falls after I go back to Georgia, but still no light grey in large. I then contacted Niagara Falls Trading Post and a real nice lady Chrissy, got me the Papa Bear one in the right color and size I needed, and mailed it to me at no cost. Now that is way beyond the call of duty and was very appreciated. Now the grandchildren and I all have our Bear tee shirts, when we get together at our mountain cabin called (Standing Bear). PDA needed crew shirts for an event, Niagara river was very accommodating and helpful. They we're also reasonably priced. We plan to go back to them for any of our screen printing needs. We would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of screen printing services.
