Stopped in today not realizing they were closed. Owner was there and let us grab the few things we needed. I felt bad that we were disturbing him but he was so awesome and friendly. It's my favourite kitchen store and has the best stuff.

Have used the store on and off for 10 years. From personal use to professional use. They never meet the deadlines they set for themselves. Or the promised delivery date. I had my personal chef knifes sharpened here. They had them for over a month. They just forgot to call to inform me they were ready. I had to go in and question it. Professionally, we order from them. Items normally take longer than promised to come in. Which could be a supplier issue. However I’ll use my most recent order as an example. I’ve been waiting an over a month for the product to arrive. I call to check in. It’s apparently already arrived. They didn’t bother to let us know. On the phone they say we can pick it up, or wait two days for it to be delivered. We choose delivery due to scheduling. And they never arrived by promised date.

This is where we bring our chef knives to get sharpened. Plus we’ve purchased plenty of our kitchen equipment here as well! No better place for this service in our minds!

Horrible service from the staff who work there. They did not get back to us after we went in there to ask about the use of a machine we wanted to purchase. Very rude. So we went to a much friendlier and cheaper place in Hamilton and they were wonderful!!! Shop around before you go there!

This is a fun store to browse or to look for a gift for a cook. In the back they have a restaurant supply area with mixing bowls, saucepans, etc. The front has more high end goods and prices to match. Knife sharpening can be arranged. The store entrance is not accessible.
