Great company when you hold all the cards and they deal with the scammer and deal only with the scammer.. which cost me 775k out of my dads investments to pay off my Exs debts unknowingly. Don't even deal with Gary... he is the ring circus leader who will lead you down private mortgages in hopes you will lose your home over payments you can't make. Pathetic... I was told it was time for me to rent.. lose all my asset in my house. This is the kind of mortgage centre this is...

In today's world the terms customer care and customer service are often represented by companies that do not come close to delivering. However NRMS has proven that they do stand by these terms and as such I give them the highest rating I can - excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and know that in doing so, anyone who acts on this representation, will not be disappointed.

The team at Niagara regional mortgage is the best anywhere and Mr Neuman is one of the nicest people I know. Mr.Neuman has bent over backwards to help me out, he even has helped me out of his own pocket and that is something that you don't find anywhere. I have recommended them to many people and I'll never go anywhere else for for the same services. The best I have ever been treated, like a good friend and it shows.

Do not go to this place for a loan. They did nothing but lie to me and use the system to their advantage. I was told my loan fee was going to be 875$ total, but what Gary Neumann doesn’t tell you is that he goes to a lender for the money and guess what!!!! the lender works for Niagara Regional Mortgages. This way he is allowed through lending rules to charge you double the fee. Total scam in my opinion. Whatever fee he tells you double it. Also I was told the fee was 875$ But when I sign the papers he changed the amount to 5000$. Yes $5,000.00 and when I questioned the amount of the fees through email he refuses to respond and ask you to come in and talk so there is no paper trail. In my opinion this place is as crooked as it comes stay away stay far away!!! Total scam.
