I've been a patient of Dr. Sidhu's for many years and I must say, she's been incredibly caring and compassionate throughout. She helped me in my journey to overcome my addiction, and I'll forever be grateful for that.
View on GoogleExtremely rude allergist doctors both doctors did not address the reason for my visit. Talked over me when I asked them a simple question. They didn’t answer it and they told me to leave will not be coming back here. They just want money out of you. what a joke
View on GoogleDr Daniel Li is a a terrible doctor. My mom came in with severe allergies. He gave her a medication she was already using, even though she told him that. And refused to do an allergy test!! Before visiting him we came from the hospital. They gave her an EpiPen, and told her she needed an allergy test asap. But this “doctor” refused it and did nothing to help. The allergies have since gotten worst and now she’s back in the hospital. Don’t reccomend this doctor or clinic. STAY AWAY!
View on GoogleThey don't seem to understand about how my medication and refills are important and treat me like a child although I'm a grown man of 32 years old who works for himself and understands responsibilities. Even with multiple attempts of contact throughout the week there has been no resolution and I am leaving the country on Monday.
View on GoogleDuring my visit to Niagara Regional Medical Clinic, I was extremely impressed with Dr. Roshnee Persaud. She is a highly knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate physician. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and explained my treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. But I had a disappointing experience with the two Indian receptionists at the front desk. The first one, who wore glasses, was quite rude and dismissive in her communication, which made me feel unwelcome from the start. The second receptionist was also unprofessional, especially when discussing charges with me. Although I was fully aware of the fees and ready to pay, her tone and attitude were unnecessarily harsh and unpleasant. Since the front desk is the first point of contact for patients, I believe it’s important for the clinic to ensure that their staff, including the receptionists I encountered, are trained to communicate with more professionalism, respect, and courtesy.
