Niagara Region Public Health - Welland Office

I recently had to reach out to Public Health due to a raccoon bite, which required the coordination of multiple rabies vaccinations. The Inspector was so kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure I didn't miss my day 3 dose after a miscommunication with the hospital. She also recommended a walk-in clinic familiar with receiving and administering the shots after struggling to find a local walk-in myself. Today, I received news of a family emergency and need to leave the Province as soon as possible. My day 14 dose is scheduled for this Saturday. I called and spoke with the same Inspector. She again is going above and beyond to assist working with Grand Falls New Brunswick Public Health to coordinate my day 14 shot to be received at the General Hospital in Town on Saturday to ensure I don't miss my last dose. This lady (TW) is truly a lifesaver, caring and professional, and should be commended for her outstanding work! I hope her Manager reads this.

This is a great clinic!. Everyone is always super friendly, helpful, informative and they have comfy chairs! lol =) The staff member that helped me (she normally works with tiny humans), was just super awesome and very funny =)
