Niagara Region Medical Walk-In Clinic

In the past week, I’ve called maybe 25 times and have had no answer even once. Left a message with no call returned either. We signed up for a family doctor here and interestingly enough when my son was severely sick, we were told we cannot attend the walk in clinic and had to go and wait hours for some after hours clinic that they do at a totally different location not close by to us. This makes ZERO sense when we are enrolled with your clinic you send us to another location and this too, after calling a random after hours number and waiting to be called back and confirmed before going to a totally different clinic. The receptionists are rude and totally unhelpful when you ask them a simple question.. No idea how the doctors are here as we came once and then haven’t had our called answers so we just went to another local walk in several times.

I just wanted write a review and share our positive experience with Dr.Persad Roshnee. We never met a family Dr. Which gives tremendous attention to patients concerns and there well-being. Dr.Persad is caring, listening, and very eagar to help her patients. Exceptional to recomnend proper treatments, recommendations and review all the details very transparently and takes time to explain things well. Very professional and well experienced. We have no hesitation to say all good things about our family Dr.Persad and we are blessed to have her coming into our community in the Niagara.

Disappointing to learn that after calling and asking if they have your blood results , they say yes, yet don’t call you for 4 days because the doctor hasn’t reviewed them …. Mind you this was in regard to a baby so -10/10 for me. To add the walk - in receptionist needs a lesson is basic human manors, she will tell you to hold than hang up on you , or let you talk then hang up on you mid sentence with no attempt to call back. Very disappointed

I always had a good experience at the clinic.The front desk staff is very good and always helpful. Simran and all the other staff have always been polite and ready to help others. The Doctors are really nice, Dr Roshnee Persad is my family physician and she has been always kind to me.I am Very grateful to have a good family physician for my family in this clinic. Best wishes!

I am extremely disappointed with the front desk and pharmacy staff at this clinic The front counter staff is consistently rude and shows a lot of attitude even when calling just to book an appointment. This is not just my experience after reading multiple reviews it’s clear the front desk behavior is a repeated issue for many patients my family doctor, Dr. Duke, is excellent—he is kind, friendly, and truly listens to my concerns. I have absolutely no issues with him. Unfortunately, the rest of the clinic experience ruins it. At the pharmacy, I was told to “wait” for my prescription. I waited over 30 minutes, then politely asked if it ready she said she already told me to wait, and then increased the waiting time to one full hour—for just two antibiotics. This is completely unreasonable. It took 10 minutes to see the doctor and more than a hour just to get the prescription. Whoever is managing this clinic really needs to read the reviews and take them seriously. Patients deserve respect, clear communication, and reasonable wait times. Until the front desk and pharmacy staff improve their attitude and professionalism I would not recommend this clinic
