Really well priced and better organised than most used record stores. Highly recommend.
View on GoogleWhen I first walked in I was overwhelmed by the place, but if you are in long enough you get the lay of the land and it is a mecca for the used record buyer. Amazing place, be prepared to spend some time.
View on GoogleBuyers/Sellers Beware. Owner is a total oddball-creep. Doesn’t know his stuff like he claims he does. He told me he had a record that sells online for $1000.00 but had his listed for $200.00 in the store but would take $100.00 because he “has had it for so long and just wants it gone” I showed potential interest after doing some research/homework discovering the copy retails for around $120.00 for a decent VG++/EX copy (his copy was only a G+). When I returned an hour later to try and work out a deal with some used LP’s he attempted to lowball me on my albums for store credit by saying I will give you $40.00 store credit but you would still have to pay me $100.00 cash for the record plus the $40 credit. Absolutely making NO sense whatsoever I said sorry I won’t be scammed like this. He then tried pulling the “christmas card” saying I don’t think I want to sell it now because someone will purchase it for cash for Christmas in less than 2 weeks for my asking price of $200.00. I then left the store to grab a bit of cash STILL making the attempt to do business with him, I ran into a customer that was in his store and “this person” told me me he was shit talking me after I had left. This guy clearly has issues and is NOT business oriented whatsoever and is EXTREMELY GREEDY. Hopefully he pulls his act together and gets a grip ion himself. The better business bureau will definitely be contacted. We will never return to that embarrassment.
View on GoogleOld skool deals to be found digging in the crates here. Well worth a visit!
View on GoogleMy son and I are looking for records as it’s our new hobby. We have been to one other place downtown that was a success in finding rap albums. We came in Saturday afternoon to check out Niagara records. It has a cool vide. We looked around for about 15 minutes searching for rap albums with no luck not even one so we moved on. Nice experience though.
