The reply is BS. Stay way from this league and it's unprofessional, rude and liar owner. Check the other 1 star reviews to verify the trend he tries do hide. Absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever had. When registering for the league, there’s a drop-down to select your skill level — I clearly chose Intermediate. Only after that, hidden in fine print, there’s a sneaky little checkbox saying you “may” be placed in a recreational league if there aren’t enough registrations. It’s deceptive and misleading. The first time this happened, I didn’t notice that checkbox and ended up stuck in the wrong league. I didn’t bother withdrawing because their withdrawal fees are ridiculously high (35%!). The second time, I asked for the withdrawal — and to my complete shock, I was banned for life from all leagues and drop-ins. I even called Vince, the CEO and first point of contact, to acknowledge I had missed the hidden checkbox and to try to resolve things calmly, as I'd like to keep playing on the drop-ins. Instead, I was told he was “not sleeping enough hours” because of registration volume, he accused me of acting in bad faith, and told I was wasting his time. Completely unprofessional, rude, and unfair. This organization clearly doesn’t value its players or understand what customer service means. The way they treat people is unacceptable — rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful.

Niagara Rec Sports' Coed Soccer league is an extremely well organized, fun-filled league for players of all skill levels. The sportsmanship and positive energy always has our team looking forward to games each week. I have found it a great way to build connections and enjoy the beautiful game within the Niagara region.

Niagara Rec Sports is a great recreational sports league in Niagara. They offer a wide variety of sports in all seasons. I have been playing various sports with them for years now and would highly recommend signing up a team. Vince is very responsive when concerns or questions are brought up. Happy to be a team member & captain of teams in this league!

Niagara Rec Sports is the best league I’ve played for in Niagara. Being an adult, it’s hard to find friends with similar interests and life styles, so being able to play in a league that’s very inclusive and welcoming has been amazing! I’ve made quiet a few new life long friends along the way and would definitely recommend this league to anyone who wants to get out there and join a team, there’s so many different sport teams to be apart of! 10/10 league!

Incredible recreational sports league in Niagara! Growing list of sports to choose from to make new friends with a variety of division options to suit your personal preference. Have made some new life long friends thanks to this very organized positive league! They even offer all kinds of tournaments if you want to supplement your season or not commit to a full season! Today we competed in the first ever outdoor soccer tournament with all the teams having a great time no matter the result!
