Not knowledgeable with products. Bottom motor And 2 diffs, to fix a problem, Which didn't fix the problem. I finally had to use YouTube to find out that it was an ESC. Wouldn't take the motor back wouldn't take the diff's back and charge me for extra pieces I didn't even know he opened. No customer service, He seemed completely disinterested when we entered the building and ignored us. All about racing nothing about customer service. Go to the other store in town. Is there great. And I do fix my own cars, and buy my parts from someone else. You last out on thousands of dollars in sales. All because of a review you didn't like and bad mouthed me to my friend. Good business practice. Not surprised when I heard you closed down.

Just drove down from Guelph for a first time visit. Arrived just after 11am , to find the store closed. Open sign on, door locked. Waited for a bit, then called. No answer. Was hoping for an option to the Toronto stores and online offerings. Disappointed. Update, As you can see by the owners response, the reviews regarding his attitude seen accurate. Contrary to your assumption, I do indeed have a life, and as such don't appreciate you wasting 3 hour of my time because you can't get to work on time. I also struggle to see how someone with only 5 reviews total, has nothing better to do than write reviews. Ultimately your response makes no sense...

My steering was completely shot and I didn't know what to do. Paul took the time to educate me while repairing my RC Maverick Quantum. Keep in mind that I didn't buy the RC from him, but he still had sufficient parts to get it up and running. Great customer service and product knowledge! I'll be buying my next RC from Niagara RC.

I had an amazing experience here , my boyfriend wanted to get batteries for his XRT Traxxas . The owner Paul gave me a great deal and the best charging port , extremely helpful . He went above and beyond looking for the best parts for my arma. Overall I would shop here again highly recommended ! :)

My son and I are really looking forward to racing a pair of ARRMA Senton 4x4s recommended by Paul as a great entry to RC Trucks. I was impressed with his knowledge and his store! Thank you.
