I recently bought my first bike in Canada - Kawasaki Eliminator 500. I chose NRC as they are the only single line motorcycle dealer (only Kawasaki) in Ontario. I was dealing the purchase with Larry. Larry was so professional and detailed and guided me through each steps. Though the process felt long, each steps were detailed so was easy to understand. I would recommend NRC if anyone is looking to buy a Kawasaki. If my next bike is a kawasaki, I would definitely go with NRC. 9.5/10.

This Dealership is exactly what an entrepreneur once told me what customer delight is. It's one where you've recieved a service that was so wonderful you tell your friends and family about it, and that is exactly what I got from this Dealership. From the moment I dropped in, the owner Larry dropped everything he was doing to help me out. I spoke to him via email regarding a 2024 Kawasaki Eliminator Grey. He took his time to explain to me everything from how his dad built this humble shop from the ground up to everything I needed to know as a first time rider. This Dealership is a single line dealership, and let me tell ya, he means business having a milling machine in the back for custom race bikes. The transaction went so smoothly, and I was so extactic to see my first motorcycle. He was able to deliver it a week ahead of schedule and unlike other dealers. He walked with me from break in proceedures to pre - inspection before a ride. I bought a dirt bike from Larry and Ryan and the experience was straightforward and honest. They answered every question, walked me through what to check on the bike, and handled the paperwork quickly. Pickup was on time and smooth. Would buy from them again and recommend them to anyone.

Ryan was super cool to deal with, I never owned a bike before, he took the time to answer all my questions and checked in how everything was after the sale. Larry was awesome to deal with as well, he took the time to explain everything about the bike on delivery to ensure I was good to go.
