Excellent service and quality from this local company which explains why they have been in business for many years . Tim was so efficient at responding to my inquiry ( compared to the ones I already had experienced from other companies ) that I decided to visit the store. There was no pressure and we reviewed choices and options for our almost 100 year old house . This was the last detail of renovation over the years . He was completely transparent with the estimate but also cautioned that it may change depending on detailed measuring by Jeff. I was confident that we wanted their company for the job so we went ahead and booked measurement and a tentative install date . Once Jeff measured meticulously the estimate was only slightly more but still under what I had been quoted by others. The installation went so well and on time and the quality and beauty of this door is what our house needed. They only do doors and they are the best in quality, value and service .Thank you so much providing us with a great service and added more beauty to our house !

I cannot get over how great the entire process of getting a new entry door with Niagara Pre-Hung Doors was! Starting with the no pressure help and estimates in the showroom, then Jeff came to the house to address any issues at our home (old house with some specific issues) and explain best options. The installers were amazing professionals! Despite the obvious need for saws and construction process, the guys were efficient, pleasant, and completed the work with great care, yet minimal disruption. Our new storm door was installed today, and we couldn’t be happier! The installers showed up on time, introduced themselves, and got right to work. They did a great job and left everything spotless when they were done. The door looks fantastic! From choosing it in the showroom to scheduling measurements and installation, everything was handled so smoothly and professionally. Truly a top-notch company and we highly recommend! 10/10!

Had both of our exterior doors replaced, was able to customize everything to our liking. Their itemized invoice was helpful to see where our money was going and adjust so that we could put money towards things we value and save money on other things! Doors were installed well and fast, very easy company to work with!

Everything about the purchase and installation of our door was first class. Tim welcome me when I got to the store and was very clear and helpful about things that would work best for our garage door. So clear, in fact, that I was in and out in 10 minutes for a $2000 decision. Never done that before. This morning Doug and Mark came to install it, on time, with all the equipment they needed. They paid a lot of attention to detail and very good about the cleanup of shavings and leftovers. Great workmanship on the caulking and installation of the door and the capping. I would recommend them any day. From start to finish, it was a great experience. We are very happy with the outcome.
