I was having a hard time finding a surgeon to remove a lipoma tumor from my cheek. My stepfather sees dr. Huq and gave me his info. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful as they got me an appointment within a week. 1 month later dr. Huq removed my lipoma with assistance from Zara. They were both comforting and professional. I would recommend this team based on my experience. Thank you team for all you do.

Subject: Feedback on My Experience at Dr. Haq’s Office Dear Dr. Haq and staff, I’m writing this review to share my genuine experience at Dr. Haq’s office, not merely to critique, but to inform both future patients and the medical team about the importance of care, communication, and due diligence in every interaction. I was grateful to secure a trigger finger procedure appointment on September 17, just a week after reaching out, since my original referral elsewhere would have taken nearly a year. My condition caused constant discomfort; my finger would lock and painfully snap when straightened, so I truly appreciated how promptly the office accommodated me. Upon arrival, the front staff were welcoming and professional. Nurse Suzanne stood out with her warmth, empathy, and clear communication, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for. However, my experience shifted when a second nurse arrived to administer the anesthetic. Without introduction or any effort to explain the process, her demeanor was distant and impersonal. During the second injection, I experienced a sudden, sharp pain, which I hadn’t been prepared for, as it appeared that the needle struck the nerve. When I asked, pretending not to know, where the needle is usually placed, she explained that it should be positioned around the nerve, not into it. Her explanation left me genuinely concerned that something might have gone wrong. More than a month later, I continue to experience pain, stiffness, and tingling in my palm. When I spoke with others who had the same procedure (including a past customer at this office), they reported full recovery within a few weeks, which reinforced my belief that something was amiss in my case. What was most disappointing, however, was my interaction with Dr. Haq’s demeanor during post-op calls. On one call, while I was clearly in pain, he insisted that I press my finger flat on a surface and, upon hearing my discomfort, told me, “I don’t want to hear that noise, just do it.” I found this response unprofessional and insensitive. When I later raised this concern and requested an apology, none was offered. I was told that the purpose of the call was to “save me a trip.” However, at no point was I offered an in-person evaluation or even a virtual follow-up (such as via Zoom), which would have been far more appropriate to address his concern about why I had not yet healed. For the record, I am still experiencing post-procedure pain, limited motion, and tingling sensations in my hand. My intent in sharing this is not to discredit Dr. Haq’s office, but to emphasize the importance of compassion, communication, and accountability in patient care. A simple apology or acknowledgment could have prevented this review entirely. Moreover, Dr. Haq has not followed up with me since our last interaction on October 10th, even though he typically contacts me every Friday. As a result, I had to arrange an appointment through his staff to meet with him next week, on October 29th, which, once again, is disappointing. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive reminder for the clinic and helpful guidance for future patients: always ask questions, ensure you’re fully informed, and document your recovery experience for your own protection. Thank you to the kind staff who treated me with compassion and great hospitality, especially Nurse Suzanne. Your professionalism was deeply appreciated.
