The best experience I ever had when I removed my wisdom teeth. Went there I was extremely nervous blood pressure high lol. The surgeon, Kelly the assistant, and the others were extremely comforting. I actually left the office in a happy mood compared to how I walked in..thanks 🙏 again
View on Googlethank you to Nurse Erin, Dr. Gervais, and Tammy for making me comfortable as possible and my appointment was pleasant. As a person with high anxiety especially with IV’s Im very impressed with Dr. Gervais as most nurses from my past experience have a hard time finding my veins which results to having lots of bruising, but I was out like a light. The staff will make sure you are comfortable and i was greatly taken care of from consultation -> post op.
View on GoogleMy son had all four wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Bosco on July 4th. Everything went very well and staff there are very attentive and take their time to explain post procedure directions and what to look for as far as complications go. Would highly recommend.
View on GoogleWent here today to get my wisdom teeth pulled, had very nice nurse who explained every step in her process to me, and I'm a normally fearful-of-everything type of person, but I felt very very safe the entire time, and everyone was very nice! :)
View on GoogleWhere to begin. I had a terrible experience here with my son. I called to find out if our surgery was covered because I have excellent benefits. I was left waiting on the phone while the girl who I was speaking to went to check. She then came back on the line and told me yes, the surgery is fully covered. I then said ok well if it’s fully covered by insurance I would like to book it. The day of surgery came and I was waiting in the waiting room and they called me to the back where my son was sitting up and recovering from the surgery. The one lady then came over and stood over me with the debit machine demanding payment. I said I thought this was fully covered she said she contacted my insurance company and she said they gave her nothing back. She said payment had to be made and was standing over me talking very rude. She said no one from this clinic would have told me it was fully covered so basically I imagined it . Needless to say this was very embarrassing as I did not have thousands of dollars to cover the surgery that day as I was told it was covered. She then told me it was my job to contact my insurance company which was done already and I was told it was covered. I got on the phone with my insurance company in the clinic and they told me on the line it was covered I then had to forward the call to them. The lady there spoke to the insurance on the phone and insurance confirmed it was covered. Then the two lady's one nurse that was taking care of my son made a comment saying wow it was all fully covered like they didn’t believe it would be. All of this was done right in front of my son as he was recovering from surgery. It was all very unprofessional and should not even be done in front of a recovering patient. They made me feel stupid. I’ve had many things covered that costs thousands before for teeth so I could not believe the treatment there. I also did contact the insurance and they said the claim was submitted by then weeks before as well. I would never go back to these people again after what we went through and the way they treated us the day of the surgery. My son was even shocked at everything that happened that day and when your recovering from something like that the last thing you should be doing is this in front of him.
