Niagara Parkway Court Motel

Very nice people that own it. Very quiet place to stay. Some people have been here for months. They also have short stay guests. No rif raf staying on premises. Older style room but bed was comfortable. Room was cozy. Shower worked amazing. Nice hot water.

Broken room fixtures, have to unplug lights to turn off. No breakfast at all. Completely closed off and no provisions or alternatives. For the price there are many other alternatives. No one on office when arrived. Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up. Communication is not very good. Website and promotional info is incorrect. We will NOT return and be sure make sure no one we know goes here.

Absolutely lovely stay! The owner was amazing and compromising, super helpful as was the staff. Originally planned to stay one night, quickly changed into a 3 night stay as we were given a better price every night! Place is super clean, beds are comfortable, shower works and fridge is a fridge. The microwave may be older than me but that's no problem. Overall a great place to stay on a budget!

I can't recommend this motel enough. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and it's located only a 10 minute drive from the falls. Chippawa is also a great area to explore with some wonderful bakeries to enjoy and a great view of the river. The rooms were very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchenette has dishes for your use and the staff even filled the ice cube trays in the freezer. Everything you could need for a great price.

Wow it was amazing experience staff/manager was so friendly, room was so clean and quite,everything was perfect no complain worth staying would recommend to my family & friends For the price you really can't beat it. My room was clean, spacious, and cheap.The beds were comfortable, and the room (including the bathroom) was spotless. It definitely exceeded my expectations, and the owner was very kind
