The guy sitting in receiving, the one wearing a cap, has no respect for time. He doesn’t even know how to talk properly. After wasting 2 hours, he says ‘have patience’! Is he crazy? The forklift drivers are all very good people.”

Would give 0 worst Dispatch on dock for 3.5hours just to unload called 9 times no answer they don't care about drivers time forklift driver tells to call office and complain it will only go through if Dispatch will pick calls.

Very bad experince they don’t care about drivers time spend almost 6 hours to get empty Shunter is nice guy help to put the trailer in blind spot

For truckers: fast loading and unloading. I was unloaded within 30 minutes. The shipping and receiving is on the right hand side of the main office entrance. Not sure if they allow overnight parking, but they have space at the front for that. They have portable, clean toilets outside.

Awesome experience dealing with Niagara Pallet....we were in a bit of a bind and needed some wooden pallet racks asap.....I sent Fred an email 4:45 pm Monday and by Tuesday noon we had what we needed.....(and I completely understand that might not happen all the time). Professional company to deal with who goes out of their way to keep their customers completely satisfied......
