Hands down, the best clinic! Run, don’t walk (or do so carefully) and book an appointment today! If you’re looking for an individualized treatment plan, this IS the place to go. The staff here truly care and put in the work. They don’t work on autopilot and rush you through, like I’ve experienced at other places. I want to give a special shout out to Rachel, who goes above and beyond for her clients. A warning, you’ll likely become fast friends! In times of feeling desperate and lost, I can’t even express my gratitude towards Rachel. She has given us hope, when other clinics just treated our case like another run of the mill issue - it is not. Rachel is someone who is invested and determined and she will work on your case long after the clinic closes - proof is in those late night email replies! This is what we need right now; the truly one-on-one personalized care and someone who is engaged and willing to do whatever they can to help. I feel that from Rachel and it’s the first time in several years where we’ve felt heard. I can’t understate the significance of this, at least for us. Of course, I can’t thank Rachel without also giving a shout out to Brendan too (he’s great) and the overall structure of Niagara Ortho. It’s very clear that this is a well run clinic that is client and care-focused.
View on GoogleI’ve been seeing Kirsten for the past two months for a knee injury, and the entire experience has been amazing! From day one, the front desk team has been so welcoming and friendly - they truly make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Kirsten is knowledgeable and supportive. Since starting at the clinic, I have been able to get back to the activities I love!
View on GoogleRachel, Tiana and Dr. Morocco, you have done so much to help me with my shoulder, hips, back and neck in such a caring fashion. The staff here are so friendly and helpful and understanding. A co worker recommended that I try them and I wished I started this long ago. They will also help you identity other areas that you may need help from. Dr. Morocco also made orthodics to help me walk better and it has helped so much, plus if you have a fear of chiropractors, go see her and she will change your perception into appreciation. Rachel is phenomenal, extremely dedicated and knowledgeable, but if do your part of the homework diligently, you will see great results. Tiana will help straighten you out literally and help you fix all the knots in your body that you never knew. I'm recommending them to all my family, friends and co-workers. Keep making people's life a little better
View on GoogleThey say an organization's strength are its employees and my personal physiotherapist Taskeen Karim truly exemplifies this. Taskeen has years of both international, local learning, training and practices. She has superb supportive and emphatic listening skills, strong interpersonal skills, a wonderful disposition and a positive aura that is transferable and leaves me much more content after each and every treatment. Though retired I am an active long distance cyclist, Pickle-ball player, hiker and do core training. Taskeen has been instrumental in my recovery from muscle and joint aches, knee replacement recovery, temporary relief from arthritis and carpal tunnel issues through acupuncture, cupping practices, parrafin wax treatment, CPM Machine Knee Exercise Continuous Passive Motion Leg Exercise Unit, and more. If you are seeking a learned, experienced, effective and superb physiotherapist, contact Niagara Orthopedic on Morrisson Rd, Niagara Falls.Taskin is very popular with her clients so call early and book an appointment. Finally, my wife has also seen Taskeen at several sessions, is happy with her treatments and is now a regular client.
View on GoogleWhat a wonderful place to go to. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. The energy in this place is so contagious. Kirsten Weber is absolutely amazing. She takes the time to listen to you and doesn't dismiss what you are saying. She is very knowledgeable and knows how to get you feeling better quickly. She also gives us exercises to help improve mobility and strength. My mother and daughter are also as impressed with Kirsten and everyone that works there. Keep up the great work and atmosphere you have going on there! It is also important to note that this place is wheelchair /walker accessible. Lastly , we are not from the region and let me tell you that it is absolutely worth every minute of that drive.
