Very pleasant customer service by phone !

Customers should be prepared for frequent outages and may want to consider having a back up generator and multiple UPS systems. Least reliable utility company I have ever dealt with.

I moved to NOTL in December and the power seems to go out every few weeks. Anywhere from 20 minutes up to multiple hours. I've been kicked out of work meetings wfh as well as have major concerns as many homes in our area have flooding when it rains and most of us have electrical sump pumps. Every time I call they give the same default answer of "power line down we have a truck on it". I was also told if I don't like it I should move to St. Catharines and be serviced by Alectra. If I could give zero stars I would.

Called today as we're moving to the area TOMORROW and everything was ready in minutes! Adulting has never felt this easy before. Shelley was so kind and helpful!
