Visited the Niagara-on-the-Lake Golf Club for a summer meal. I ordered the burger and a Caesar salad. The burger was surprisingly good, stacked with grilled brie and full of flavour. The Caesar salad, however, was a letdown: very bland with hardly any dressing. We were seated outside, which offered a beautiful view, but there were quite a few bees buzzing around, making it a bit distracting. Overall, a decent experience with great scenery and a solid burger, but the salad and outdoor pests brought it down a notch.

View on GoogleThis has become my go-to breakfast spot in Niagara-on-the-Lake — especially before or after a nice morning walk around town. Not many people realize the Golf Club restaurant actually serves breakfast, but it’s truly one of the area’s hidden gems. The food is fresh and comforting — I usually go for the classic breakfast with eggs, bacon, and home fries, and it always hits the spot. The coffee’s great, the service is warm and genuine, and that lakefront view is just unbeatable. In the summer, sitting out on the patio overlooking the water feels like something out of a travel magazine. During the off-season, they typically switch to later hours and focus more on lunch, so it’s worth checking ahead before you go. Pros: Peaceful lakeside view — one of the best in town Friendly local service Tasty, well-priced breakfast Relaxed, unhurried vibe Cons: Breakfast hours are seasonal (check before you go) Limited indoor seating and patio Be sure to reserve a table during busy hours, special occasions and holidays If you’re looking for a calm, cozy place to enjoy breakfast with a view in Niagara-on-the-Lake, this spot is a must-try. Definitely one of those local gems more people should know about!
View on GoogleI requested patio seating but apparently that is not available by reservation so we took the indoor table reserved for us. The view was still very nice, looking out over top of the patio umbrellas. Service was good, relaxed and unrushed. We had the Cornish hen and the Vegetarian Lasagna. The hen was a bit dry and under seasoned. The Lasagna was really flavourful.
View on GoogleIt's the prettiest 9 hole golf course that runs along the waterfront. Super easy to walk, it runs flat and narrow making it a nice little challenge. The waterfront restaurant is also a great little spot to grab a bite to eat.
