My kids participate in Can Skate at the Virgil arena. Last year we had to pull out for medical reasons and club was so understanding - they gave me a refund not even a credit! Check in hand. They were beyond accommodating and understanding. We're back this year and loving it. It is such a friendly club, and the kids are always moving - never waiting in lines for their turns! My kids are very fond of their instructors, particularly Allison and a new fav, Mary Kate. It's obvious there are many dedicated volunteers working together to make things run so seemlessly. It's a bit of a drive for us (18 minutes each way, who's counting), but well worth it! Highly recommend. Not that I want more competition on registration day! (Parents, you know exactly what I mean.) 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

My son has been attending Pre-School CanSkate & CanSkate for nearly four years. The NOTL Skating Club was highly recommended to us by a friend whose 2 children went through the program. Our son thoroughly enjoys his experience while he continues to develop his skating skills. The coaches and volunteers are patient with the children while engaging them with an infectious enthusiasm. It is obvious that the instructors truly enjoy working with the children. The program is well-organized and any questions were either promptly answered at the rink or soon thereafter. I have no hesitation in recommending the NOTL Skating Club.

Wonderful club and a great experience! We have had our daughter in the Pre-Canskate program for the second year now and have not one complaint. We started her in the program at 2.5 years and though she screamed for the first 2 months until she got onto her feet, she still wanted to go every Saturday. She loves all the P.A's (Program Assistants) and Coach's out there on the ice with her! As a former skater and CanSkate Assistant myself, I would 100% recommend the N-o-t-L Skating Club to ANY parent who wishes their children learn to skate whether their future is in hockey, figure skating or just for fun!
