Very bad experience. I have to change a new cluster. They made the conversion for my 2025 Sienna, and all my media and cruise control are malfunction. They said it’s not them because they can’t make sure these functions are working properly when I dropped off.

This company was absolutely fantastic to deal with. They were straight forward and professional. We needed a fleet of 2023 GMC Sierra pickups converted properly. They were able to convert them to miles and truly convert the PARK and Brake icons to meet NHTSA standards. We are so happy to have found them. Kelly thank you for your help, we look forward to moving all of our business to Niagara Odometer

I highly recommend, been using NOS for many years now. The quick turn around on my vehicle conversions make vehicle management much easier. Thank you K & B for your great customer service and always answering and returning my calls in a quick and professional manner.

Beware!! Expensive and Poor craftsmanship. They charged me 500CAD+tax and made a mess of a job that is hard to fix. Any DIY could have done it better carefully and that is a serious and sad statement. I even told them before hand what genuine overlays to use but they ignored it and chose some other OEM that fit poorly. The Gas needle was installed below the 0 just because of lack of attention. See the gaps everywhere (Specially above the 4500rpm) The overlays just not sitting flat. And the BRAKE sticker... Ouch!! Their response was: "The flaws that you are seeing were part of the cluster chassis itself which we noted when the speedometer lens was removed to reveal body of the speedometer. This is much more common than you might think and considering the age of this vehicle (2014) is reasonable to expect this." The car was a 2014 bmw with 40k miles that spent all winters in a garage with a very careful owner. Everything was PERFECT and the cluster was never ever even "touched", not one screw, not hit by the sun, no lies. My 150k mile bmw cluster is absolutely perfect too. So it is a clear desperate lie and of course they did not disclose such a thing, this was perfect according to their standards. If you care about your car that cost you so much effort and money to import, avoid non careful people and arrange something else with your seller, it is a shame that a delicate part such as a BMW cluster is butchered by someone supposedly "specialized in this". I was not the only one noticing it, the person I ended selling the car to thousands of miles away, needed to find someone to open this up and fix the gas needle that points to 3/4 even when it is full. If I were you, I would go a long way to avoid this business. Yes, I agree too: "Barb was very very nice". But my cluster ended up looking bad. Kelly made sure to dismiss the situation with literally what you read before: An irresponsible lie.
