The customer service I received at Niagara Motors is second to none. I was warmly greeted by several employees as soon as I walked in and made to feel very welcome. I was introduced to Greg who I felt very comfortable with immediately. Greg took me out to drive a few vehicles and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He understood exactly what I was looking for and within a few days had found the perfect vehicle for me. There was never any pressure to buy. I did purchase the vehicle and absolutely love it. I highly recommend Niagara Motors. Dave and his team are honest, trustworthy and went out of their very to provide outstanding service. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle go to Niagara Motors and ask for Greg. He will without question look after you.

He changed my outlook on previous car buying experiences. Truly a very knowledgeable, nice, and patient man. Lydia E. was also very helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to truly make the meaning of a Christmas Elf come to life for our family which we were all very appreciative of. I would highly recommend Niagara Motors for anyone looking to purchase a car for a pleasant, no pressure, car buying adventure.
View on GoogleExceptional Service Above & Beyond! My senior mom stopped in to the Niagara Motors service department worried about her tire pressure. She happened to arrive right at closing time, just before the Christmas holidays, with the lights already going off. Shaun and Will immediately sensed her concern and handled the situation with such kindness and professionalism. They calmed her nerves, checked and pressurized all four tires, reset the sensors, and made sure she left feeling safe and confident. The entire visit was quick, thoughtful, and stress-free. And to our surprise, they didn’t even charge her, even though the warranty had expired just a month prior. This type of genuine care is rare. Shaun and Will truly went the extra mile for a senior who needed a bit of reassurance, and we are very grateful. I will be moving all of my GM service to Niagara Motors. Thank you Shaun and Will for the outstanding service and compassion!
View on GoogleI’m writing an honest review about this dealership. The sales team and staff are genuinely friendly, helpful and pleasant — no complaints there at all. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department has been disappointing, and I would strongly recommend improvements in this area. Just one week after purchasing a brand-new car, I discovered a fault with the heated driver’s seat. I immediately informed the dealer, and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. After waiting for two hours(!), the service team told me they had “investigated” the issue and confirmed that the seat heating module was defective — but I know this without investigation. I had brought the car in specifically for this part to be replaced. To my surprise, the required part was not in stock. I was assured it had been ordered and would arrive… in two weeks. It’s frustrating and unclear why it takes so long, why I had to waste two hours of my time on an investigation that discovered nothing new, and why I now have to drive a brand-new but faulty vehicle for half a month. To make matters worse, when I returned home I noticed that the decorative trim on the dashboard was no longer properly secured (photo attached). There is now a noticeably large gap that I’m certain wasn’t there before — it appears the panel was disturbed during the service visit and not refitted correctly. The people themselves are lovely and welcoming — that’s undeniable. But the service process, parts availability and attention to detail really let the experience down. I sincerely hope these aspects can be improved. Thank you.
