Niagara Long Term Care Residence

I HAVE ONLY BEEN ONCE ...FOR 2.5 HRS AND I COULD TELL MY MOTHER IS IN THE BEST PLACE FOR HER CONDITION. I AM SO THANKFUL FOR ALL STAFF AT THE HOME. FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART ❤ I THANK EACH FOR THERE KINDNESS ATENTION TO DETAILS AND JUST FOR TOTAL HAPPINESS AND WELL-BEING THEY BRING TO THE HOME. THANK YOU AGAIN... one of the hardest decisions to make is to place your parent in long term care. Niagara long term care went above and beyond in providing my mother the most loving and exceptional care i could have asked for. Thank you to all of you , she loved you so much.

My mother inlaw is a resident there. They have a caring staff that take excellent care of our mother. They went above to make sure my mother inlaw felt comfortable and welcomed.

I moved my nana from assisted living into Chartwell Niagara a year ago. She passed away in Februrary. It was a difficult decision.. But l am so greatful that she was moved to this facility. She adored the staff there. She had dementia, and they were so good with her.. She was so happy, for her last months. My heart is broken that she is no longer with us.. But l am so greatful for the staff for being with her, and for making her last year of her life as fullfiled as possible.

We put my mother in there 8 weeks ago and I can't say enough positive comments about the place and staff. We are very lucly to have such nice and caring people taking care of our mother. Thank you so much to everyone who works there.
