Personal and welcoming, though not ideal for travelers who prefer hotel-level privacy.

Such a charming Victorian style house! The very respectful host keeps everything very clean! Self check-in with coded locks and plenty of parking space in the backyard. It's not super close to the falls but still walkable. The room is pretty quiet and barely hear other guests from other rooms. Quiet and safe neighborhood as well. Perfect location when visiting the niagara falls. Overall, it's a pleasant stay!

Rooms were clean and airy , sheets were clean, husband and wife run, very nice , husband little English , wife’s English ok , very good and quick at solving any problems , nice old house 150 years old , easy access to Clifton Hill 2.3km by WEGO bus (download app ) much better than driving in that craziness, breakfast ok, best value for money

The Niagara Inn BnB was perfect! The house was gorgeous and spotless, the proprietor was very kind and welcoming, and the price was very reasonable for the location and the quality of the room. There is parking available around back, and restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. I would happily stay here if I were ever in NF again.

We love this Bed and Breakfast. Our stay was like coming home. It was so very nice , lovely Lady made us feel very welcome. The room was so pretty and everything was very clean and homey. The breakfast was very good. She makes you feel like family. Will stay there again.Also very close to the falls and places to visit.
