Niagara Inn & Suites

It’s not the Hilton but it’s clean, safe & great for the frugally minded. We stayed in a queen room…not the biggest but had a comfortable bed for the night and a hot shower. Fridge and microwave worked, air conditioning was fine…tv to watch. We’ll stay again.

When booking I was told my room would overlook Niagra Falls. It was a 6 minute drive to the Falls. Every perk I was told THAT WAS A LIE. The room was dirty, dust and moldy. Holes in the wall were patched and not painted. Calking around the red tub looked like a pre schooler did it. Furniture looked like it was picked up off the side of the road. Elevator and floors looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. Breakfast was offered but I advise Eat at your own risk. Watch out for shady people hanging out in the parking lot. I ADVISE STAY ELSEWHERE.

Everything sucks about this place it’s a dive their fees are a lie and outrageous and you will 100% loose your deposit staying here they take everyone’s deposit and the rooms could not be more of a mess!

We booked 1 room for 2 nights. Checked in at 930pm on the Friday all was great. Get into the room and found a HUGE bug with MULTIPLE legs zooming around on the floor and walls..it was very gross but Obviously we killed it and moved on. We just get into bed and the people next to us were sitting outside blaring their radio. We called the front desk and they said, “there’s nobody outside”..when we could clearly see them!!! We called front desk again and asked for a refund, they said no. So we stayed the night. The bed was super uncomfortable, music went on passed 11pm and we got little to no sleep thinking about that bug and how there could possibly be more. Tried to get a refund for Saturday night, after getting our $100 deposit back, it was a “no go and wanted a 48hr cancellation notice..is that even a thing?!?! I would NOT recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. For $171/night, cause it was the long weekend, is just ridiculous. Picture attached is off of Google images, but this is the same bug that was squirming around.

On Sat July 26, 2025 after a lovey day and evening I decided to spontaneously stay over and this location was available. I got the last room and it was perfect for a few hours to nap before heading back to Toronto. For a quaint motel it was nice and clean. You get your security deposit immediately upon check out. I definitely recommend this motel if you want something in a quiet but nearby location in Niagara Falls
