The seller was honest, helpful, and made sure everything was in great condition before pickup. The hot tub itself is even better than expected — clean, works perfectly, and looks amazing in my backyard. I’ve already been enjoying it and would definitely recommend buying from them! If you are looking for great prices along with excellent customer service this is the place to be! Doug and the rest of the team were extremely patient with me as I took months decided which spa was best for us. We ended up choosing the Bullfrog A6 Timber with two pumps. They walked me through the set up and chemical process, answered all of my phone calls, and gave me tips and advice on how to get the most life out of the spa, and the filters.
