Niagara Hearing & Speech Clinic

After unsuccessfully trying to clear my ear on my own I was drawn to the Niagara Hearing & Speech Clinic because of other reviews. It was a great choice. Greg is very knowledgeable and experienced. No doubt a minor procedure for him but for me made a HUGE difference! I had a considerable blockage in one ear and his patience and diligence paid off. Would highly recommend him and his clinic for any hearing issues. TY!

Went in thinking I needed an ear cleaning, Greg assessed me and he actually found out I had a more serious issue going on with my left ear. He clearly told me what the best thing would be to treat this i took his advice and went to the ER. If it wasent for Greg I may have lost my hearing in my left ear. Thank you Greg.

Greg Magnus, THE BEST PERSON IN Niagara region for Diagnostic Audiology!! The first time I am writing a review for a medical facility, so you can understand how big impact Greg had on me. I was struggling with my earring issue since last September, general physicians and doctors did not diagnose me properly in Nova Scotia. Finally, I was referred by my family doctor to Niagara Hearing and Speech Clinic, and I feel blessed to have met Greg. Not only, he diagnosed the real issue but also helped clear the wax and told me why I was struggling all this while. He was very supportive and made sure, I was treated well. Guess what, he did the audiogram test free for me. I can go on and write another 1000 words appreciating his attitude and nature towards his patients and work. I wish this world had more people like you!

Greg Magnus was the best!! I went to see him to get a ear wax plug removed. It was so painful, and I managed to get a same day appointment since someone had canceled theirs. Seriously, things just happened to click. ✨ When I got there, I was so worried and stressed, but he put me at ease instantly with his fun demeanour. He had some relaxing music and videos on, and we joked and talked together. Greg really helped me calm down, he was an awesome person that put up with my sheganagins. It's just a testament to how patient and a easy going person he is. In the end, he took the time to remove that ear wax plug, two and a half hours in fact! I think we sprayed my ear out 50 times! 😅 I have never seen anyone go above and beyond like that. I am so beyond thankful. This man seriously saved me from loads of pain and ear ache. Also at the end, he taught me a bunch of stuff about how ears work and how to not get this to happen in the future. Remember! No more Q-tips! 🫡 Greg, thank you so so so much for helping me a month ago. I had to come back to finally write my review as a huge thank you to you. Also your last name is awesome, still reminds me of a badass guy in a movie. 😁

I had a excellent experience with Niagara hearing and Speech Clinic. I Had a pretty significant blockage in my right ear. Greg cleared it very gentley and I feel so much better after. Greg also cleaned my left ear and cleared very old wax I didn't even know was causing such issues. Greg educated me on things I could do to aid my Tinnitus I have had for years. Great personality, and service was very good I highly recommend Dr Greg and will be going back if I ever have any needs 👍
