I cannot thank Dr.Wayda and her team this evening( I think trina and Colton and another lovely nurse and our xray tech gentleman) the care and attention my son received was nothing shy of amazing! I am truly thankful for the medical team and their knowledge; to including his puppy stuff to make him comfortable showing him his images, making him so comfortable the entire time, and getting us home for a goodnight sleep with a follow up appointment and some great reassurance while we wait, well done to everyone and so many thanks from lincoln!
View on GoogleI injured my ankle at work and, after trying to avoid the hospital, decided to visit the Urgent Care Centre in Port Colborne last Friday morning. I expected a very long wait, but I was assessed, X-rayed, and treated within two hours. The nurses, support staff, and doctor were professional, compassionate, and efficient. Despite how strained the healthcare system is right now, I was treated with genuine care and respect. This centre was absolutely worth the drive. I’m very grateful for the care I received — thank you to the entire team.
View on GoogleThis is the worst experience I've ever had at any hospital, they should be shut down. We are still here at 7pm still yet to be seen for simple xray results, the unreasonably long wait has resulted in a missed dose of medication for my wife and her having to miss work tomorrow. Go literally anywhere else
View on GoogleMy first time coming here instead of emerg at gngh. I had a nurse named Susanne and she was the kindest, caring and compassionate nurse I’ve experienced to date. Also props to the doctor who was thorough and kind. I was treated in an hour and a half.. wildly different than Xperia ce from the emergency department in Niagara Falls.
View on GoogleJarringly alarmed at the fact that the doctor treating me didn't know you could get Type 1 diabetes at any age. When I went there for imaging and bloodwork I was told I should have gone to the hospital because they said I needed the emergency room yet made me wait 5 hours. Had me hooked up to an IV and wouldn't take it out so I could go to the hospital. They did zero diagnostic work. I find it terrifying that the Doctor didn't know you could get type 1 diabetes at any age. 71% of all type 1 diabetes diagnosies are adults! She even tried to tell me I don't have type 1 because that's for children... If I needed emergency care they should have told me right from the start to go to the ER instead of giving me an IV where they administered a medication I cannot tolerate which caused me to pass out repeatedly and they weren't at all concerned. Ended up going to the hospital. Port Colbourne Urgent care is clearly where Doctors and nurses who are bad at their job, go to work.
