NIAGARA HEALTH AND WELLNESS

We were very unsatisfied with the care we received at this clinic. My wife and I were in a very bad accident and the level of care was nearly non-existent. They were charging insurance for chiro when we weren't receiving that service most of the time. When I asked about this they said it was standard and they had to. 90% of the visits was just them putting a heating pad and a TENS machine on us for 10 minutes which you can buy from Amazon for $50 and do from home-- definitely not worth $112/visit. Their operating hours and days open are very inconvenient and though some of the staff was kind, others had no customer service skills and didn't even know where to place the patches of the TENS machine or what part of us was injured. This place is very shady and scammy. Based on the other reviews they will probably say this isn't an accurate review but I think the 5 star reviews are all friends and family of the owners/staff. If you want real care, I urge you to ask around for legitimate establishment that will offer real care and not just try to blow through your benefits by overcharging and under providing.

I contacted my insurance regarding something I was approached about and they notified me that this would be insurance fraud. I then approached the person who referred me and they seemed pushy about me continuing. This entire situation has made me very uncomfortable and I would advise caution with these people. The place is very good, everybody here is friendly and welcoming. They always answer the call. Clinic opens on Monday and Friday because it’s new clinic, but they are doing really well and hopefully they will be open more days in future with everybody’s good wishes, The chiropractor is very knowledgeable and Physiotherapy assistants take care of everybody’s health and explains each and every doubts well. They always answer my call, even though the clinic only opens 2 days if I call them on other days the call transfers to managers phone and he is really good to explain and helps in each and every situation. Really had an amazing experience with Niagara health and wellness clinic I totally recommend this clinic.

The clinic itself is clean, modern, and well-equipped with the latest technology. Scheduling appointments was easy, and I never had to wait long to be seen. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the quality of care.
