From the moment I arrived, the reception team was welcoming and very helpful. They provided constant support and made every visit smooth and comfortable. Dhvani is highly professional, caring, and attentive, always making sure I felt supported during my physiotherapy sessions. I’m very grateful for the excellent care I received.

I've had 4 treatments so far at Niagara Health & Rehab Centre by Bailey and Geoff and they've done more for my back in this brief time than the numerous pain specialists I've seen, the needles I've had, and the previous methods (massage, accupuncture, tens, etc.) I've tried. My back pain started when I was 6 months pregnant in 2016. It's just been steadily getting worse since then. I went into this rehab centre with my expectations very low. I've been let down often by physicians' lack of knowledge, bedside manner and strategy of care before. Geoff and Bailey know what they're doing. And Geoff is compassionate. I honestly didn't think there were doctors that existed like this outside of TV series. At least, I was never fortunate enough to meet them. They honestly only care that I get better and are willing to work within my means for that and I could never hope to express how much that means to me. Bailey has the best bedside manner and makes you feel at ease fast. His knowledge and eagerness to keep learning and advancing his skills is obvious. I also really appreciate his honesty and transparency with medical jargon (breaking down things for me in a way that makes it easy to understand and follow along with). His plan for my therapy gives me hope (he assures me he has a back up plan and a back up-back up in case of failure, which fills my pessimistic heart with joy), and honestly, he's just so bubbly and optimistic that my husband is jealous of how much I talk about him when I get home from a session. lol 🤣 I would highly recommend visiting the Niagara Health & Rehab Centre if you're in pain and want it treated. You've got to put in the work yourself at home when given homework, but these people know what they're doing and they're kind and knowledgeable!

I brought my son in for a concussion assessment, and we were very impressed and satisfied. While there I booked a chiropractor assessment with Mr. Gamble. He was outstanding, knowledgeable patient and thorough. He shared health and wellness thoughts, fitness and workout recommendations, and was extremely helpful all around. I then booked in for a massage with Taylor. She was excellent and did a full and efficient evaluation and treatment. Her knowledge of specific physical issues was impressive, and the techniques applied were extremely beneficial. I would highly recommend them, and will be back soon
