Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a service company, Peter seems to be knowledgable with electricity but doesn’t have a clue with internal combustion engines. His excuse for all the problems was rodent urine ! The office staff seems to have a hard time talking a simple message and left me without a working generator for a week or more because she assumed I said something I didn’t! After several visits and replacement parts I didn’t need they left me with a generator that had a hose off the unit that blew oil on the hot exhaust which could have caused a fire if I had not noticed the smoke and shut it down! I would not recommend using this company

Terrible customer service, they are not transparent at all with their fees and when trying to clarify details they are rude and condescending. Take your business elsewhere, to a company that actually cares about their customers.

What a great company to work with. The guys that came out were very efficient - they listened to what I had to say - they were professional - very well done. The folks on the phone were very helpful too and got me an appointment the same day I called. I would recommend Niagara Generator Service A++

Let me start by saying that my husband and I own a small business and are always happy to buy from other small businesses because we know how important it is. Niagara Generators' service department was able to squeeze us in for a diagnostic on short notice last week which was greatly appreciated, but from my initial call for service (in which I was told by someone who doesn't even work in service that they couldn't help me because I kept demanding a same day appointment when in actuality I asked multiple times for an appointment date within a two week period), to the bill (in which they charged us per hour, PER MAN, which was not disclosed to us at the time of booking nor at the time of drop off), to the way my husband and I were both spoken to by the same employee on two separate occasions (one in which I was blatently cut off and yelled at then accused of having my phone volume turned up too high, the other in which he asked for a breakdown of our bill and was pretty much blasted for it), to having to wait an extra 4 days after we picked up our unit for our diagnostic report to be issued to us and the defensive response I received afterwards for asking them to please use the correct spelling of my name and fixing the grammatical errors within the report, we unfortunately will NOT be doing business with Niagara Generators again. It's a shame because we expected more from our experience with a fellow small business. We truly hope that you get that employee problem sorted out ASAP guys because it may otherwise cost you a lot more repeat business! You may also want to inform your customers of the per hour, per man policy you have going on over there because WOW, if I was allowed to charge my customers that way I'd be rich!

I’ve been in the generator repair business for 30 years an all of the part suppliers I’ve had to deal with all together doesn’t compare to the excellent an honest service I received from Niagara generator easy honest and not inflated pricing good job ladies cheers Derf
