If you're interested in creating your own personal home gym do not bring your business here. From Dan to Pat and Brad, they are there to screw you over for your hard earned money. I came in to buy rubber coated 35lbs plates and I dealt with Brad. He told me he had them in stock. I get home and they were cast iron plates. I called back to explain the problem and all I got was they don't have the rubber coted plates in stock. No apology or accountability whatsoever. And on to Pat. I brought back the cast iron plates and then he tries to sell me used 35lbs rubber coated plates at the brand new price where the middle metal housing was rusted and road rash all over the plates. This is what you will get from this place and these characters. I spent $975 on my new home gym here and that will be the last time I ever do. You want great customer service and great fitness gear, go to SPARTAN FITNESS in Ancaster. They treat you like gold the minute you walk in the door. $1.19 per pound for rubber coated plates and 0.98 cents per pound for dumbbells compared to $1.50 per pound here and much better deals on all other fitness equipment. Again, if you're interested in getting the worst customer service and getting completely ripped off, this is the place for you!

If you're looking to set up a home gym these are the guys to go with! I was referred to them from a friend that has purchased equipment from them in the past for his employer as well as some for personal use. Dan created a quote for me with exactly what I was looking for. From the time I spoke with him till the time the equipment was dropped off was less than a few hours. My home gym just got installed. I was a competitive power lifter in my past and it's 100% high-end health club quality. From the moment I walked in the door Brad was knowledgeable and helpful. The install team was fast, friendly, pet accommodating and very clean. A+ gym and A+ organization.

I purchased both a Nordictrack treadmill and a spin cycle over the last few several weeks. Delivery of the second piece was today and all I can say is thank you to everyone for all of your help, from Brad in Sales, to Dan for arranging such a quick delivery for the cycle, and finally to the amazing delivery/assembly teams. I am truly happy I found these people to purchase my equipment from, all sight unseen and during this trying pandemic.
