We had a great stay here! Beautiful view of the falls and a lovely jacuzzi tub! I found the bed comfortable and spacious. We were in heaven having so much space! Most importantly, I was very impressed with the cleanliness, most hotels you find a stray hair here or there but nope, it was in perfect condition. It’s not often that I feel safe getting in the bedsheets at a hotel! The tub was spotless too, as was the shower and sink. That leaves you feeling really good and comfortable! Service was good, they provided a toothbrush and paste free of charge and have a wine opener available at the front desk. I’m sure they go above in other ways but we didn’t need anything else! The young man when we checked out was extra friendly and sweet, I didn’t catch his name though (around 11 on Jan 3rd). I had to go back as I forgot something after checking out and he was beyond accommodating. Checking in and out was simple. I do wish parking were included, but, it’s still cheaper than many of the other nearby hotels. The restaurant is really good. We LOVE Turtle jacks, mmm the bison meatloaf! The hotel is also dog friendly, and while we don’t have a dog, I liked seeing all the pooches coming and going! Our room did not smell like dog at all, and I have allergies and had no reaction in the room whatsoever.
View on GoogleBooked "Falls View" room and it did have a good view of the horseshoe falls and fireworks above them. Couldn't see the American Falls as they are blocked by a big closeby building. The room was mostly fine and maybe wasn't their best as it was a pet friendly room which we really appreciated. The jetted hot tub with a view of the falls was great. Some stuff was dated, but the big TV was great. Bad: The shower had so much black mold and the heater make a frequent clicking sound that woke us up at night.
View on GoogleClean room with a great view. I do wish they would clean the windows, as the dust partially blocks the Fallsview. Also, for a 3-star hotel, it would be nice if slippers were provided in the room. Other than that, the front desk staff are very friendly. The hotel is also dog-friendly with a $75 fee, so I would recommend this place if you’re traveling with your dog.
View on GoogleThis hotel is definitely under-rated. Yes it's a bit dated but seems like there are some renovations starting to happen starting from the top floor. Sayed one night in a standard king soon. Was spacious & clean and has everything we were looking for a stay.. tv.. fridge etc.. The location is walking distance to the shoe horse falls.. (to get there even faster, use the $3 Incline Railway) Walking distance to all the fun places outside of Clifton Hill (Casino, clubs, restaurants etc.. ) The staff was amazing and very helpful! Shout out to Bashir and Sandeep! Will definitely be staying here again! Can't wait to see the renovations!
View on GoogleThe hotel itself is very clean, and while the rooms are pretty basic, the customer service is what truly deserves five stars! From the start, we were warmly greeted by a friendly staff member who surprised us with an upgrade to a Fallsview room—absolutely beautiful. Later, we had to leave a day early and expected to still pay for the full stay, but the team kindly adjusted our reservation so we weren’t charged for the extra night. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
