Niagara Falls X-Ray and Ultrasound - Valence Medical Imaging

I had a wonderful experience at Niagara Falls X-Ray and Ultrasound, thanks in large part to Brittanee at the front desk. She was incredibly professional, welcoming, and efficient from the moment I arrived. Britanee has a natural ability to make patients feel comfortable and valued. Her kindness and clear communication made the entire check-in process seamless. It’s refreshing to encounter such high-quality service—she is a fantastic asset to the clinic!

Been here twice and as always, all the staff from reception up until the tech are all very nice and professional! The tech, Katie, who did my ultrasound is very professional and comforting, knowing that I am kinda nervous. It was a pleasant experience. Thumbs up to the whole team!

My name is Elka and today I had an appointment for an x-ray for my right knee at the Morrison x-ray and ultrasound clinic. I was given an appointment for December 15 for an ultrasound and when I arrived for my x-ray I was greeted by a wonderful receptionist. I asked her if I could have an earlier appointment due to the excruciating pain and she said she’d look into it. After my x-ray was done the same receptionist asked me if I could wait a few minutes and I could have my ultrasound done right away. The ultrasound technician was amazing. My entire experience from the minute I walked in until I left was outstanding. This clinic deserves 5 stars for their accommodating, kind, professional and caring staff. From now on I’ll never visit any other clinic for x-rays or ultrasounds except for this clinic. They are a breath of fresh air in todays times. Thank you so much for helping me Elka Machluf

Please consider reviewing the quality of your ultrasound technicians. I had an ultrasound done here to check on fibroids, cysts I’ve had for a decade and adenomyosis that I was diagnosed with over a year ago. The last ultrasound I had done at another clinic was professional, the tech took his time and confirmed the fibroids and cysts I was checking on and additionally was diagnosed with adenomyosis when report came back. Unfortunately my experience at this clinic and the female tech was horrible. I was there for a pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound and was in and out in less then 10 minutes (if that). The external pelvic part lasted probably two minutes barely swiped a few times and was told to remove undergarments for transvaginal. She went in and took a few images and was done in another 5 minutes and proceeded to tell me she doesn’t see anything. When I got the report from my doctor the fibroid I have had for almost a decade was not on it, no cysts and nothing about adenomyosis. Apparently I was miraculously cured of everything that has shown up on all my other ultrasounds from the last 10 years. It’s was rushed, she did not to the ultrasound properly and I’ve had many done in my life and now I have to waste my time again and go get one done by someone who knows what they are doing. What a waste of time. Scary considering people may have life threatening conditions and the lack of attention to detail, time and skill that this tech lacked could be causing many others to be incorrectly diagnosed. Please do better, peoples lives are in your hands.

Brittnee was my first point of contact, she has incredible customer service, she heard me crying and went to the max to squeeze me into an appointment. I’m 32 weeks pregnant and desperately needed this ultrasound, she called me back in minutes and got me in with Tala. Tala was the tech she was so sweet and professional and kind! I will be scheduling my ultrasounds here from now on. All the girls seemed pleasant it was a good environment
