Niagara Falls Taxi

I wanted to give a high rating because the first driver I had when I got to town was really great. Friendly, actually showed up when I booked, fantastic driver. The app, however, is atrocious. The tracking is not accurate at all. It tells you your driver is there when they aren't. The picture of the cab on the tracking map slides all over the place randomly. I just tried to get another cab so I could take the train home and the driver I was assigned didn't show up where I was. I saw a cab pull in like a maniac at the parking lot next door, stopped for a moment, and then she sped off. I ended up being marked as a no show even though I was literally right there. Didn't even come to me. I had to pay cash to an Uber driver to get me where I needed. I don't even have Uber, he just happened to be right there and saw the whole thing. Absolute nuts.

Worst service in Ontario. Yous should call your company - No service Taxi !!! - We're glad Uber is out there ! Also when tourist comes to town, don't take them on a $49 dollar ride when it should of been like a $14 dollar ride, shame on yous !!! Also when it comes to service dogs it's the law to allow service dogs ,here let me better educate you taxi drivers ,in the province of Ontario under the accessibility for Ontarians with disabilities act and the Ontario Human Rights code , taxi's are required to allow service Dogs ,get with the program people !!!

Called early in the day to see if we needed to schedule their services. I explained we were on the USA side and needed a taxi to and from Canada. They said no problem, call when you’re ready. I called an hour before we needed to be across the border. They claimed they are not allowed to pick up in the USA and I needed to call another taxi company. I asked if they had any recommendations as we are not familiar with the area. The dispatch lady was less than friendly and wasn’t much help. We found another taxi service to get us to Canada. On the way back we figured we’d give them another chance. We called around 1:00 am and they never answered the phone, after several tries. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

Highly recommend! Very professional entrustworthy My husband dropped his phone in the car before we got out, call the company in a quickly gave me the phone number to our driver, we received my husband's phone quickly. They are very personable. We highly recommend to use their service for any traveling needs, it saves on parking cost.

A very refreshing experience, I loved how the lights are illuminated into the falls at night. The fireworks brought the most beautiful view by night. Caution ! If you don’t have a USA visa don’t bother crossing over the bridge note if you leave Canada you will need your passport and pass through the immigration process to be re-admitted back to Canada. Enjoy cinemas and other beautiful theatre along clifton hill Road. Taking a stroll down Queen Street in Niagara-on-the-Lake is like stepping back in time. There are so many quaint little shops and eateries that you can spend the whole day just in this one little area.Enjoy 👌
