Very bad service. I went at 12:30 PM to update my SIN, well within office hours (closing at 4 PM), but a blonde staff member told me to leave and come back another day saying they were “about to close.” That makes no sense. I went again and she refused to help, telling me to apply online or come again. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful she starts making faces instead of doing her job. Waste of time. Unacceptable behavior.
View on GoogleRacist and extremely rude service wasn’t even ready to hear what I have to say regarding my work permit extension. Chased us out in just 2 seconds saying we don’t have the documents but we clearly had everything. Do better service Canada very disappointed..
View on GoogleWow! I’m sitting here in shock about how quick this is for a passport! It says 9 am but they are actually open until 8:30am. Came on Wednesday morning and the lady at the front, Diane, is AMAZING! She’s very helpful, friendly and so warm and welcoming! I hope this branch knows what an asset she is! In my 40 years of government services, BY FAR the best employee to interact with!!! Also: lady at the counter doing the passport - SUPER friendly to! Very efficient and quick and very friendly as well!! I’m in shock! I dread dealing with government services but this was a complete 180 experience!!! Wow!!
View on GoogleIt's actually crazy how busy this place gets but yet it's seems like one person is working. I've been here for maybe 2 hrs now and the lady working behind the counter is doing more talking then actually working. Their is about 35 people waiting. And since I've been here she's called up 2 people. The amount of workers who I've seen come out from the back but yet are not.calling people up is crazy. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be waiting here all day to hopefully get seen
View on GoogleVery disappointed with the service today (Sept 3, 2025). The representative wearing a green top with blonde hair was rude and dismissive. She did not listen to me while I was explaining and instead told me to ‘come back tomorrow,’ even though there were only two people in line. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism.
