We just went in yesterday afternoon looking for a vehicle. We met with Zum! He was very friendly, helpful and answered all our questions. He was not pushy at all very relaxed. We weren't sure if we wanted new or used and ended up really liking a rogue. Not the colour we wanted so he said he would locate the colour we wanted! Such a nice young man! Highly recommend chatting with him! We then met with Jayme the financing gentleman, again very friendly explained everything went over all warranties available and answered all our questions. Not pushy at all definitely a very honest straight up guy. Overall we would highly recommend this dealership they are professional but make you feel comfortable and like you matter as a person not just a sale. You definitely are treated well here.

My wife and I recently visited Nissan Niagara Falls to trade in our car during one of their promotions. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warm smiles and a friendly welcome, and we were quickly registered. Phil, the representative who assisted us, was amazing. He took the time to ask what we were interested in and clearly explained the promotion as well as all the details about the vehicle we had in mind. We went on a test drive, and because it was so cold outside, he even went above and beyond by bringing a couple of vehicles into the garage so we could comfortably take a closer look. I would highly recommend him to anyone visiting that location. Everyone there was great, but Phil truly stands out.
