The Falls view room was absolutely beautiful. Waking up and seeing the Falls from the window is something special. The view alone is worth it. The hotel is a bit far from Clifton Hill, which actually makes it quieter and more relaxing. If you want less noise and more comfort, this location is perfect. What I really liked is that it’s very close to great restaurants like: • STK Steakhouse • Copacabana Brazilian Steakhouse • Basa Brazilian Rodizio So you don’t need to go far for amazing food. Rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful. Perfect mix of view, comfort, and good location near quality restaurants. Highly recommended. Will stay again. 🔥🌊🏨

Our stay at Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls was nothing short of lovely. The room offered a breathtaking view of the falls paired with comfort, cleanliness, and calm. The service was warm, the staff genuinely friendly, and every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of. A place where the view lingers with you long after checkout. We will gladly return.

A pretty nice hotel and a good choice if you want to stay close to the action at Niagara Falls. If you’re driving, the hotel has a large outdoor parking area, which is definitely convenient in this busy area. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, though the hotel can feel quite busy during festive periods. The room we got was big, spacious, and cozy, with an absolutely stunning view of the Falls. Being able to see the waterfalls right from the room — and even catch the fireworks — was honestly amazing and one of the highlights of the stay. The bathroom was well laid out with a large bathtub that’s perfect for a good soak after a cold day out. Toilets and showers are separated, which is always a plus. The bed itself was comfortable, though the pillows were way too soft for our liking. On the bright side, the room heater worked very well, which was a lifesaver during the windy, snowy winter weather. Location-wise, it’s quite good. The Falls are within a short walking distance, and the lobby has a gift shop where you can pick up snacks, drinks, and even simple essentials like toothbrushes or nail clippers. There’s also a Starbucks in the hotel, which is great for grabbing a quick coffee without heading out. The hotel also offers a nice gym at the basement level (called the Lower Level here), as well as an indoor thermal pool. This is especially nice during winter and great for families, as kids can still enjoy some water time even when it’s freezing outside. Now for the downsides. The room we were given was the so-called “honeymoon suite,” and the layout was honestly a bit awkward. There’s no wall, panel, or curtain separating the bed area from the bathtub, which makes the room feel even larger — but also means less privacy. This also seems to affect how well the room retains heat. More importantly, the lack of privacy makes soaking in the bathtub uncomfortable unless you’re extremely comfortable with your room mate, which was a big turn-off for us. Ironically, this setup feels more suitable for close friends or family rather than a romantic stay. Another issue is the elevator system. Different lifts serve different levels, and it can be confusing. During our three-day stay, we saw many guests getting into the wrong lift. The elevators can also be rather slow, especially during peak hours. Soundproofing could be better, as we could hear babies crying and doors opening and closing from other rooms. Light sleepers may want to be aware. All in all, it’s a comfortable hotel with fantastic views, good facilities, and a convenient location. With a few improvements to room design and lift navigation, it could easily be better — but as it stands, it’s still a strong 4-star stay, mainly for the views alone.

Disappointing handling of included breakfast We stayed at Niagara Falls Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa and overall the stay itself went very well. However, our experience with the included breakfast was extremely disappointing. Our reservation included breakfast ending at 10:30 AM. We arrived at approximately 10:35 AM, and the restaurant was still full with many guests actively eating. Despite this, the supervising staff member refused entry, denied even a quick grab-and-go coffee, and also refused to refund the breakfast value so we could eat elsewhere. This rigid and inflexible approach lacked basic customer care, especially considering the minimal delay and the fact that breakfast service was clearly still ongoing. A small gesture of goodwill would have made a big difference, but none was offered. This experience does not align with the hospitality standards expected from a Marriott property. I hope management reviews this feedback seriously so future guests are treated with more understanding and courtesy. Our stayed was above par and everyone was so nice to accommodate everything that we need and all this get ruin by this moments. Not upto the Marriott standard. I respect the policy but not allowing us atleast grab and go while others are eating is low customer service standards. Not the marriot I know

From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. At check-in, Krishna greeted us with a big smile and offered us the option to upgrade our rooms. He took the time to explain the benefits, and we’re so glad we said yes, the rooms were absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly helpful, taking care of our bags right away. The food was delicious, and the view was simply outstanding, waking up to that view every morning truly made our stay so, so, so nice. A huge thank you to Krishna for making our experience even better. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Niagara Falls
