Niagara Falls Fun Zone

Had a fun experience here. Laser tag and mirror maze was a lot of fun. Came in with some friends and had a good time. Some arcade games don't work. Overall, would try it out again. They also had an offer around 4pm where they were charging 15$ which is a great deal. Note : if you buy the groupon coupon there is an additional 15$ charge per person. Mini putt and haunted hallway are on the other side of Clifton hill.(20 min walk).

Outdated games, passes give you access to attractions two of which are not onsite. Staff were kind and professional. Paid $35 gave our tokens to some kids so they could enjoy. Would recommend the midway across the street over this spot, attractions are better and games are way more up to date. Machines only take 1 or 2 tokens which is nice, no prizing given. My point of view is if your on clifton hill give tourists a good quality up to date arcade not games that are from the 90s. Just seems crazy rundown.

Disappointing experience overall. Used a Groupon coupon and was charged extra without being clearly told the total upfront. The owner mentioned an “activation fee,” but this was never stated on the Groupon, which felt misleading. To be fair, the other staff members were friendly, but the owner’s attitude and lack of transparency ruined the experience. About half of the arcade games were not working. Mirror maze and laser maze were just okay. Laser tag was the only fun activity. Haunted house and mini golf were advertised as included, but the Fallsview location is not worth traveling to the other side just to redeem games. Poor transparency and many broken games. Would not recommend.

Extremely disappointed by this experience, do NOT waste your money here. The place is very small and rundown. The rooms for the attractions were tiny and falling apart. Most of the arcade games did not work and ate up all the coins. There was no prizes for the games and they were all outdated or very repetitive. The only fun attraction was the lazer tag(but not worth the total fee). The attractions are not worth the price, and they up-charged the $15 fee to $20 last minute in the fine print. The staff were confrontational and argumentative. When we didn’t receive our tokens for the arcade they told us we had bought the wrong tickets, when it clearly stated otherwise on the receipt. Only after we persisted did they finally give us our purchased tokens. Overall do NOT recommend.

Came here for a little visit before heading to the butterfly conservatory, we were able to get tickets in person easily. Went on the Ferris wheel, the view was so beautiful! I would definitely go again to stay longer to be able to enjoy everything there!
