Niagara Falls Fun Zone - Fallsview Location

The arcade is trash. It looks like they haven't updated it in years. No one was even inside playing. Don't waste your money. We did the whole Groupon thing to find out you have to pay $15 per person. Waste of $60. Definitely feel ripped off.

We went in as a family of four and i dont think my kids get any happier! Josh and kyle were amazing! Their hospitality was unmatched. Any issues we had with tokens or anything, they were there to resolve it and made sure we had the best time. Cant wait to come back to this place in the summer! Definitely is way more value for money than the clifton hill rip off arcades! Had a peaceful amazing time! My kids are 6 and 4 and they stayed busy!

Fun Zone has a decent selection of games, but many machines took tokens and didn’t start, which was frustrating. The ticket payouts don’t seem to match the points earned, and the prizes are especially poor even by arcade standards. Prices are high, which is expected in a tourist area, but the value just isn’t there. Staff seemed unhappy and uninterested, which didn’t help the atmosphere. Overall, not the worst arcade, but the midway on Clifton Hill is a much better experience in my opinion.

My family had a great time, and without a coupon 20$ worth of tokens lasted our four year old over an hour bouncing around to all the games. I want to give a shout out to Josh working the ticket counter, he was awesome. Helped us out when we first got there, gave us a heads up about another party coming in which could get busy for our four and one year old, was super excited for my wife when she hit a 1500 ticket jackpot and was having our son laugh when he redeemed his tickets. We will definitely be back for the mini putt sometime soon!

The kids had a blast at Fun Zone on the thanksgiving long weekend! Shelly was the best! She made sure to give all of our experiences there a great time! From helping us decide which play package made sense to making my kids the happiest when it came to picking their prize! It was nice to see there are still great people in this world. I’m giving it four stars though because a lot of the machines were eating the coins and the kids were getting frustrated sometimes when the tickets weren’t coming out. Other than that, we will definitely be back in the winter and we’re looking forward to hopefully seeing Shelley there again! Thank you Fun Zone!
